Ocean Building Contracting LLC is a privately owned company, which was founded in 2009 under the trade license no. 56388 issued by the Municipality & Planning Department, Ajman.

Ocean Building Contracting LLC is a specialized subcontractor involved in various fields related to EIFS (External Insulation Finishing System), Epoxy Flooring & Selfleveling Coating, Concerete Repairs, Screed Works,Gypsum Ceiling & Wall partitions, Spray Plaster Application, Building Construction etc.

The Company’s day- to-day operations are handled by Mr. Aniyan Kunju, who has gained 24 years of experience and expertise in specialized civil fields such as Epoxy Industrial coatings, EIFS, concrete repairs etc.

The aim of Ocean Building Contracting is to provide excellent, reliable and quality construction services with a blend of creative & technical expertise in every activity and to deliver the work within budget and to their satisfaction.
